Booking Information
We are sure you will appreciate it is impossible to provide an accurate quote without knowing the specific details of a given event. However, we are more than happy to supply you with a no-obligation quote based on the following:
- Date
- Start and finish times
- Location
- Requirements
For complete peace of mind your booking will be confirmed to you in writing, giving full details of the arrangements including date and venue, start and end times as well as requirements, etc. A non-refundable deposit (usually £30) is then required to confirm your booking. All payments are acknowledged in writing and the outstanding balance is payable on arrival at the venue on the date of hire.
Please advise us in advance of any special request including specific tracks for first dance at weddings, etc.
